Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• In resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products.

To initiate a return:

5. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may deduct the cost of return shipping if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please provide photos of the defect when contacting us.
